Payment and Invoicing Information

    - C N' R is using a new payment portal for electronic payments and invoicing. 

    - We do not have the option to pay your bills from our website.

    - We no longer send paper invoices. Once an invoice is emailed, there is an option for customers to download the invoice and print if desired.

 

 

How to pay

   

    - You can print and send the invoice in with a check

    - You can just send a check without the invoice (we will match it up properly - putting the invoice number in the memo helps)

    - You can send a check using a bill pay system still, no problem (we will match it up properly - putting the invoice number in the memo helps)

    - You can use ACH from the portal system - no fees

    - You can use a credit card from the portal system - 4% administration fee

    - Also you can set up automatic payments, and on the invoice date, the portal system will still send your paid invoice

Additional Information

   - C N’R cannot complete payment with a phone call, this is a portal system designed for the customer to set up on their own (we do not hold records)
  - You can call our office to request an invoice to be re-sent via email.
  - You can email the office at cnroffice@cnrlawncare.com to request another invoice to be sent.
